Yet Another Dragon !? No ..it 's THE DRAGON !!!
Those who recall the Lord of the Rings, might have heard about the famous mighty dragon. But...alas !.... not much is told about Scatha in that story, and the reliability of that little which is told is very doubtful indeed !...  he was thought slain by the dwarves, but you know, those who are thought dead live longer !... i remember my old cave in the misty mountains, when he talked to celebrimbor secretly from the astral, who was greatest of elven smithes in the middle ages ... magical rubies and emeralds, and golden topazes were filling the treasuries !....
Celebrimbor was an elvish smith so long ago, that even the wise don't always remember .... 

neither was Scatha ever evil of spirit... when the dark lord tried to ensnarl him, he was not willing to subdue, but clever enough to use his magic to shapeshift into a shape to the evil one's liking... and just that shape was, a mere hide, which was slain by eomer and the dwarves of moria... it was a giant magical dragon trick !.. he travelled the astral to fight the dark lord as an unknown spirit.....

i am happy those times are over now !:..*..*..dragon dancing merrily.*:.spilling red golden green sparkles of joy.*.*.*.:....
